We develop a detailed conceptual model where major building elements – walls, floors, structural members,MEP systems, and architectural features – are represented with approximate geometry, size, and location. This helps visualize how all major systems will integrate within the space.
Updated Site Plan & Building Layout
Our team refines the site model with access points, landscape zones, parking areas, and utility connections, showing how the building interfaces with its environment and complies with zoning constraints.
Floor Plans, Elevations & Sections (Schematic)
We deliver more defined architectural drawings with preliminary room layouts, circulation paths, façade concepts, and sectional studies – providing clarity on spatial relationships and user flow.
Structural System Definition
Preliminary columns, beams, slabs, and foundation elements are modeled with approximate dimensions and placement. This gives early insight into the structural framework and load-bearing strategy.
MEP System Modeling
We represent HVAC equipment, duct routes, piping networks, and electrical systems as schematic components with indicative sizes and capacities – helping anticipate coordination challenges early in design.
Quantities & Preliminary Cost Data
With more defined geometry, we provide refined quantity take-offs and updated cost estimates. These support budgeting, procurement planning, and value-engineering decisions.
Early Clash Detection & Coordination
The model enables interdisciplinary coordination, allowing architects, engineers, and contractors to identify and resolve major spatial conflicts before detailed design begins.
