LOD 400 – Construction Execution & Management

Bring your project schedule and budget to life within the BIM environment. At this stage, we integrate 4D (time) and 5D (cost) data into the model, transforming it into a powerful tool for construction management, sequencing, and real-time progress tracking.

What’s Included in LOD 400 Deliverables.

Fabrication-Ready 3D Model
We create a high-detail BIM model that includes every dimension, connection, fastener, joint, weld, and component as it will exist in the field. All elements are represented with precise geometry, orientation, and tolerances, enabling direct use in fabrication and assembly processes.

Shop Drawings & Fabrication Documentation
Our deliverables include comprehensive shop drawings, fabrication sheets, and assembly manuals generated directly from the model. These documents provide exact dimensions, material specifications, and installation instructions – ensuring flawless handover to manufacturers and field teams.

Structural & System Fabrication Details
Structural components (beams, columns, bracing, plates) and MEP systems (ductwork, piping, conduits) are modeled with full fabrication details – including weld types, bolt patterns, cut lengths, spool drawings, and assembly sequencing. This eliminates guesswork during manufacturing and reduces field adjustments.

Prefabrication & Modular Assembly Coordination
We integrate prefabrication-ready assemblies into the model, allowing contractors to plan and execute off-site manufacturing and modular construction. This improves quality control, reduces site labor, and accelerates project schedules.

Procurement & Material Tracking Data
The model includes material specifications, quantities, and procurement data linked directly to model elements. This enables procurement teams to automate material tracking, inventory planning, and logistics scheduling based on real-time model intelligence.

Fabrication-Level Clash Detection
At LOD 400, we perform high-resolution clash detection that identifies even minor tolerances or connection conflicts. This ensures zero surprises during fabrication and installation, saving significant time and cost on-site.
