Accurate 3D BIM Model
We deliver a fully coordinated model with precise dimensions, shapes, and locations for all architectural, structural, and MEP elements. Components now match their real-world size, orientation, and relationships – ready to inform shop drawings and construction planning.
Detailed Architectural Drawings
At this level, we provide fully developed floor plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings. Room layouts, façade elements, openings, finishes, and interior systems are all modeled with exact specifications, ensuring that every aspect of the design is constructible and code compliant.
Structural Design Documentation
The structural model now includes accurate framing layouts, beam and column sizes, reinforcement details, slab thicknesses, and connection points. These deliverables enable structural engineers and contractors to prepare shop drawings and plan construction with confidence.
MEP Coordination Model
Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire-protection systems are modeled with realistic routing, sizing, and placement. This enables precise clash detection and ensures that all systems fit and function as intended within the architectural and structural framework.
Coordinated Schedules & Quantity Take-Offs
With element-level detail, we generate high-accuracy material schedules, BOQs (Bills of Quantities), and quantity take-offs directly from the BIM model. These outputs support procurement, bidding, and cost control with minimal manual rework.
Construction Coordination & Clash Resolution
LOD 300 enables multi-discipline model coordination, resolving interferences between architectural, structural, and MEP systems before construction starts. Early detection significantly reduces site-level changes, delays, and rework.
Construction Documentation Package
We compile a comprehensive drawing set – including annotated plans, details, sections, schedules, and 3D views to guide field teams, subcontractors, and fabricators during execution.
